How much are the tuition fees?
Approximate ranges of tuition fees for international students in Prague and Budapest:
- Bachelor's degree programs: 2,000 to 12,000 EUR per year
- Master's degree programs: 2,500 to 15,000 EUR per year
- Doctoral degree programs: 3,000 to 18,000 EUR per year

What are the living costs?
The living costs for university students in Budapest can vary depending on various factors such as accommodation, transportation, food, and entertainment. On average, students can expect to pay around 100,000 to 150,000 HUF (approx. 300 to 500 EUR) per month for a shared apartment, dormitory room, or even a studio apartment. Public transportation in Budapest is relatively affordable, with a student's monthly pass costing around 3,500 HUF (approx. 10 EUR). Food costs can also vary depending on where you shop and eat, but a typical monthly grocery budget could range from 30,000 to 50,000 HUF (approx. 100 to 160 EUR). Entertainment costs can also add up, but there are many affordable options available in Budapest.
In Prague, on average, students can expect to pay around 10,000 to 15,000 CZK (approx. 450 to 650 EUR) for accommodation. Public transportation in Prague is relatively affordable, with a monthly pass costing around 130 CZK (approx. 6 EUR). Food costs can also vary depending on where you shop and eat, but a typical monthly grocery budget could range from 3,500 to 7,000 CZK (approx. 150 to 300 EUR). Entertainment costs can also add up, but similarly to Budapest, there are many affordable options available for students to have fun.
How much are the service fees?
We do not have a fixed price. You will get a personalised rate based on your individual needs and service requirements.
What is the language proficiency requirement?
Generally, for international programs at universities in Budapest and Prague, it is required to have a minimum of B2 English language level, which should be proven by an online interview with the university, or with a TOEFL or IELTS certificate.
We also offer preparatory courses for students to take if they need to improve their English level in order to be ready for their chosen university programs.
Is it necessary to take a foundation year / preparatory course?
A foundation year can be useful for you to explore academic interests and prepare for university-level work. It can also help fill in knowledge gaps, and improve language skills, however you are not obligated to if you meet the language proficiency requirements.
